Cooking Class: Handcrafting Authentic Potstickers
Dive into the flavorful world of Asian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Led by chef Pao, you'll learn the time-honored technique to make potstickers and delicious sides.
The class begins by making pork and vegetable fillings and practicing the technique to fill and fold the potstickers. Then, learn how to steam fry them until golden perfection. Whip up a homemade sauce with soy glaze, scallions and garlic to dip your dumplings into. Next, you'll learn how to make the perfect crispy fried rice with either chicken or vegetables. You'll finish on a sweet note and make mochi ice cream for dessert.
