The class begins by making pork and vegetable fillings and practicing the technique to fill and fold the potstickers. Then, learn how to steam fry them until golden perfection. Whip up a homemade sauce with soy glaze, scallions and garlic to dip your dumplings into. Next, you'll learn how to make the perfect crispy fried rice with either chicken or vegetables. Chef Pao and this class was great! I was a little skeptical about booking, but it was a legit experience and you made two rolls per person. Definitely something I could go do at home now! The only strange part was the location.. very unique bar on the second floor of a commercial building. Don’t go for the atmosphere, but go because you’re looking for a fun and affordable date night!

Chef Pao was fantastic! The class took place at his home, where he made us feel incredibly welcome. There was one other couple there, creating an intimate and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was absolutely incredible, and he taught us how to make sushi rolls that turned out amazing. I highly recommend taking a class with him!
