Learn the secrets to mastering your favorite Asian appetizers in this immersive cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Pao, you'll learn the time-honored techniques to make spring rolls, egg rolls and more.


Begin the class by practicing knife skills to chop chicken or shrimp, lettuce, cucumber and cilantro. Then, layer your ingredients with vermicelli noodles and learn the technique to roll spring rolls and cook them to golden perfection. You'll also learn how to make crispy egg rolls filled with savory pork or vegetables with bean thread noodles, carrots, cabbage and green onions. Master the art of making the perfect sweet sticky rice with crisp vegetables. Satisfy your sweet tooth in the end with a tapioca dessert with coconut jelly and palm sugar for dessert.

Chef Pao was an excellent teacher! In his sushi class he walked through each step slowly and methodically. It was fun learning new skills and the food was delicious!
