Begin the class by transforming squash blossoms into a delicious antipasto. You'll learn how to add a light coating for a crisp golden fried finish. Next, make delicate risotto to turn into arancini served with a smoky Romesco sauce. Master the art of making pasta dough from scratch to create classic spaghetti and homemade meatballs with a rich tomato sauce served on top. Grill peaches for a sweet and fresh dessert paired with whipped mascarpone and granola for dessert.
