Take a culinary journey to Mexico in this immersive cooking class led by Chef Zuri. In this fun and engaging experience, you'll learn how to cook traditional Mexican dishes with an artisanal touch.
You'll feel like you're walking down the streets in Mexico making a traditional corn salad with fresh lime and cotija cheese. Or whip up a classic guacamole to serve with tender shrimp empanadas fried until perfectly golden brown. Next, journey to Puebla to make picadillo chili relleno. You'll learn how to expertly stuff a green chili pepper with minced meat and cook it into a savory fried dish. For dessert, use sweetened condensed milk to make coconut arroz con leche to end the meal on a sweet note.
