Transport yourself to Italy in this immersive cooking class. Led by Chef David, you'll learn the time-honored techniques to make an elevated Italian pasta dinner.
Begin by baking a crispy crostini from ciabatta bread and top it with tomatoes drizzled with basil-infused balsamic vinegar. Next, learn how to make pasta dough with 00 flour and eggs. Learn how to knead, shape and cut the dough into fettuccini. While the pasta cooks, make a savory ragù sauce with ground veal, tomatoes, porcini mushrooms and aromatics and finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. On the side, craft a refreshing Burrata caprese salad with arugula and extra virgin olive oil. Finish on a sweet note with a vanilla bean and lemon panna cotta from scratch for a decadent dessert.
