Cooking Class: Artisanal Street Tacos

Master the art of making decadent street tacos from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef David, you'll learn the recipes and techniques to add an artisanal twist to classic tacos.


Class begins with making homemade blue corn tortillas with masa harina to transform into tortilla chips. Then, practice knife skills to chop tomatoes, onions and dried chili peppers to make a fresh salsa rioja. Season ground wagyu beef with taco spices for a savory filling and pile the tacos high with onions and tomatoes. On the side, enjoy black beans made in the instant pot with jalapeños, bacon and garlic. Finish the meal with homemade churros dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with a caramel sauce for a decadent dessert.
