Begin by chopping up green onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts and other traditional ingredients, including fresh herbs, for your two savory fillings. You'll create one meat filling, featuring ground pork with cilantro and green onion, and an all-veggie filling, both bursting with fresh flavors from soy sauce, mirin and other traditional ingredients. Knead dough and roll out traditional dumpling wrappers before spooning in your fillings. Master artful techniques to neatly seal them before steaming and pan-frying your tender dough balls to enjoy with a homemade dipping sauce.
