Try your hand at making homemade pasta completely from scratch using high-quality ingredients under the guidance of a professional chef!
Chef Sami will be your culinary guide as you discover expert tips and techniques to making the dough and rolling the pasta. Then, you'll craft a savory vegetarian tomato and wild mushroom ragù that will serve as the sauce for your Boursin-stuffed agnolotti pasta, which is similar to ravioli. Next, gather around the table and enjoy!
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a fun and engaging experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking to learn a new culinary skill. Chef Sami demonstrated a breadth of knowledge and was a skilled, patient instructor. The two hours flew by but we all came away with a deeper appreciation for cooking. Thank you Chef!

After graduating from a high school specializing in culinary arts, he went on to earn his bachelor's degree in food science and hospitality, worked professionally in a variety of culinary roles, and has collected many achievements along the way.
