Class begins with a refreshing antipasto of Burrata cheese, prosciutto and heirloom tomatoes drizzled with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Then, cook ravioli with fresh sage and butter sauce. Finish your meal by layering espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone and cacao for a decadent dessert.
