The class begins with an introduction to the ingredients to make dumpling dough with yeast and flour. Learn how to transform the dough into dumpling wrappers before diving into the fillings. You'll make Xiaolongbao, an authentic dumpling filled with a flavorful homemade broth. Then, whip up a savory pork filling with garlic and spring onions. Fill your dumplings and master the technique of folding them before cooking your dumplings until tender and golden. Enjoy these bite-sized treats with a homemade dipping sauce and revel in the newfound culinary skills you can take into your own kitchen.
