Transport your tastebuds to Italy in this hands-on cooking class. Under the expert guidance of Chef Bruno, you'll learn how to make ravioli from scratch.
Begin the class with an introduction to the ingredients and techniques needed to make ravioli. You'll craft a homemade pasta dough with eggs and flour before kneading and rolling the dough flat. Next, whip up a ricotta and spinach filling and practice your piping skills to fill your ravioli. Cook a decadent brown butter and sage sauce and mix in your cooked ravioli. Serve with a sprinkle of Parmesan on top and enjoy your delicious homemade meal and newfound culinary skills learned in this cooking class.
