Cooking Class: Craft Epic Asian Dumplings
Dive into the flavors of Asian cuisine in this immersive cooking class. Chef Kathleen will show you how to make authentic vegan or pork dumplings from scratch.
Begin the class by making your dumpling filling. Use cabbage, bamboo shoots, and scallions to add flavor and texture to your savory pork or crisp vegetable filling. Then, master the technique of folding the dumplings before cooking them until golden and tender. Whip up a flavorful dipping sauce with soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha and red pepper flakes. Enjoy your homemade dumplings with the dipping sauce while you bask in your new culinary skills.

Went to this class with my sister for her birthday and had a great time. I learned how to make a California roll, both with the rice on the inside and outside. Chef Kathleen was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
