Cooking Class: Zesty Pasta al Limone
Explore the fresh flavors of Italy in this immersive cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Kathleen, you'll learn how to make a zesty pasta that will be your new favorite dish.
To begin the class, you'll learn the time-honored technique to make homemade pasta. Combine flour, eggs and salt to make a fresh dough, then knead and shape it into pasta. As the noodles cook, whip up a zesty sauce with lemon juice and lemon zest, garlic, Parmesan cheese and chives. Stir the noodles into the sauce and enjoy a delicious meal that will transport you to Italy.

Went to this class with my sister for her birthday and had a great time. I learned how to make a California roll, both with the rice on the inside and outside. Chef Kathleen was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
