Cooking Class: Tacos Crafted by Hand
Elevate your taco night in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Shonta will teach you the recipes and techniques to craft a taco completely from scratch.
Class will begin with an introduction to the recipes and techniques used to craft your taco feast. Then, learn how to make tortillas using fresh ingredients. You'll make tortilla dough, press it flat then cook it until golden perfection. Then, make savory fillings with fresh meat and fill your fresh tortillas. Pile on toppings like fresh vegetables, cheese and salsa and enjoy your handmade feast. Give your culinary skills a boost and enjoy a newfound kitchen confidence.
