Discover the secrets to making sweet bite-sized treats in this hands-on cooking class. Led by Chef Shonta, you'll make macarons from scratch using fresh ingredients.
First, you'll learn how to make the perfect macaron batter using almond flour, egg whites and vanilla. Learn how to whip it until the batter has the perfect peaks. Then, practice your piping skills to pipe out the perfect macaron shells before cooking them to golden perfection. As the macarons bake, whip up flavorful and sweet fillings, adding unique ingredients for flavor and texture. Then, assemble your macarons and enjoy your decadent sweet treats and your new baking skills
