Elevate your pizza night with the recipes from this hands-on cooking class. Chef Erik will guide you through a fun and flavorful class where you'll make fresh pizza from scratch.
The class starts by crafting a refreshing burrata caprese salad using fresh burrata cheese mixed in with heirloom tomatoes and basil pesto with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top. Next, learn how to roll out pizza dough and top it with homemade sauce made with crushed tomatoes and olive oil. Top it with fior di latte mozzarella and more of your favorite toppings before baking to golden perfection. On the side, enjoy crispy roasted cauliflower cooked with capers, chili flakes and wine vinegar. End on a sweet note with honey-roasted peaches, plums or apricots with sweetened mascarpone cheese garnished with fresh mint.
