You'll feel transported to France in this immersive cooking class. Join Chef Erik as he guides you through a curated menu featuring some of France's most famous and delicious dishes.
To begin, you'll use cold smoked salmon and poached salmon to make salmon rillettes cooked with butter and chives for a decadent flavor. Next, learn the technique to cook the perfect tender steak au poivre with a peppercorn crust in a rich Cognac and cream sauce. Practice knife skills by chopping eggplant, zucchini, tomato and more vegetables for a rustic roasted ratatouille that will serve as a delicious side. Indulge with decadent chocolate pots de crème made with cream, vanilla and chocolate for a sweet dessert to end the meal.
