You'll start by making a delicious elote appetizer featuring grilled corn, creamy Cotija cheese, chili-mayo aioli and a sprinkle of cilantro. Hone your slicing and tossing skills while preparing a vibrant fiesta salad with Romaine lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers and radishes. For the main course, you’ll craft savory chicken enchiladas filled with cheese and corn, topped with a drizzle of Mexican crema. Finish with a rich and indulgent mousse de dulce de leche.
