To begin, you'll make crispy fries loaded up with Sriracha, spicy mayo and green onion for vegan bulgogi fries. Next, make bite-sized lentil balls fried until golden and crispy for vegan General Tso's over white rice. Whip up homemade guacamole flavored with five spices and a squeeze of lime to serve alongside your two dishes for a unique Mexican-Asian fusion.
