Cooking Class: The Art of Sushi

Join Chef Keith in this cooking class and begin your culinary journey to becoming a sushi extraordinaire!


Unroll the traditions and techniques needed to roll your own sushi from scratch. Working alongside Chef Keith, you'll prepare sushi rice from scratch, then begin the process of layering, rolling and slicing your sushi roll. Master two sushi classics: the California roll and the spicy tuna roll. Once you leave, you'll be prepared to recreate these beloved sushi rolls at home whenever you want to!

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase any alcoholic beverages sold at the venue to enjoy during their class.

Keith was great at demonstrating techniques and giving instruction and tips! His wife was very helpful as well. The sushi rolls were fun to make and delicious, especially with the super amazing fresh tuna. My husband and I enjoyed every minute!
