Take a culinary journey across Asia in this immersive cooking class. Chef Ten will teach you the time-honored techniques and recipes to craft authentic noodle and dumpling dishes.


Begin the class by making a chilled hand-pulled noodle dish topped with poached shrimp and a yuzu ponzu sauce. Next, make biang biang noodles mixed with ginger and scallions. Practice your knife skills to chop cabbage and shiitake mushrooms for vegetable potstickers served with a citrus-flavored soy sauce. When we first came in Chef Ten was extremely hospitable and asked us if we wanted any refreshments before starting the class. He explained the process on how to make the dough. Then, he showed us different techniques on how to incorporate and stretch the dough out into noodles. He was actively guiding us through the process, noting our mistakes and helping us correct them. After the instruction he served us an appetizer followed by amazing main courses which consisted of noodles made right in front of us. After that, he served us dessert which was one of a kind. I would recommend anyone to attend this course as it was a wonderful experience and well worth the price.

Chef Ayden was great! He was very knowledgeable and helpful! The food we made was delicious and there was a great handout with the recipes. Definitely recommend this event.
