In this interactive cooking class with Chef Angelina, you'll master essential knife skills by expertly chopping ingredients to enhance the dish's flavor and texture. You'll discover the art of transforming one dish into another and explore the creative use of flavors to personalize their culinary creations. You'll start by making classic guacamole featuring ripe avocados, white onion, jalapeños, serrano peppers, cilantro, tomato, salt, pepper and lime for a zesty twist. Next, you'll prepare a zesty ceviche that showcases cooked shrimp, optional canned baby clams and crispy tortilla chips, offering a refreshing and satisfying seafood delight.
