Cooking Class: Indulgent Parisian Flavors

Indulge in the Parisian flavors of France in this insightful cooking class. Your host, Chef Damon, will guide you through a five-star menu that includes three courses of iconic French dishes. First, you will gently caramelize onions to add to a rich beef stock with notes of bone marrow and white wine to make a French onion soup. Next, you will assemble a pear salad with poached pears, pomegranate seeds and Sherry vinaigrette to serve alongside a beef filet with black truffles. And finally, you will conclude the experience with a crème brûlée.

Soupe Ă  l'Oignon: French Onion Soup

With caramelized onions, leeks, white wine, rich beef stock, bone marrow, French baguette and Gruyère cheese


Salade de Poire: Pear Salad

With carrots, turnips, celery, leeks, poached pears, pomegranate seeds and Sherry vinaigrette


Châteaubriand With Sauce Colbert

With beef filet, black chopped truffles, shallots, egg yolks, clarified butter, chervil, Yukon golden potatoes and charred tomatoes


Crème Brûlée

With fresh seasonal berries
