In this interactive class with Chef Michael, you'll learn the ultimate in egg cooking: how to make the perfect omelet. It's easier than you think, and always impressive. Choose from a wide variety of ingredients for your fluffy omelet, including choosing whole eggs or egg whites; ham or bacon; spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes; and selecting from four different types of cheese. Brunch will never be the same!
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Egg options: Eggs or egg whites
Meat options: Ham, sausage and bacon
Cheese options: Cheddar, Monterrey Jack, Swiss and mozzarella
Vegetable options: Spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, red onions and jalapeños

Chef Michael is a very talented chef who made us laugh with his stories throughout the night. He's worked under many of Vegas' most talented chefs so you know the food was amazing. Chef Michael's attention to detail was admirable as well. Overall, Chef Michael provides a 10/10 dining experience.
