Cooking Class: Comforting Ramen and Pho
In this immersive cooking class, you'll learn the art of creating the perfect bowl of ramen and pho. Under the guidance of Chef Trenita, you'll craft a steaming and comforting bowl from scratch.
Begin the class by making a savory broth as the base of the dish. You'll have your choice of using either vegetable or chicken broth for your ramen and pho. Next, practice your knife skills to chop yellow onions, carrots and mushrooms. Flavor your broth with soy sauce and ginger, then add in your fresh vegetables. Finish the soup by adding in a perfectly cooked egg. This recipe is the perfect recipe for ramen and pho. Experiment by adding more vegetables or meats to create a custom soup that will have your craving more.
