Cooking Class: Rolling Handmade Sushi

Begin the class by learning how to make the perfect sticky rice with rice vinegar as the base of your sushi rolls. Practice your knife skills by chopping cucumber and avocado. Next, learn how to assemble your rolls by layering the vegetables, rice and crab. Master the technique to roll the perfect California roll and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
