Cooking Class: Make Epic Chocolate Cakes
Embrace your inner chocolate maker in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Haley, you'll learn how to make decadent chocolate treats from scratch.
Dive into the art of chocolate to make a rich cake. Learn the recipe to combine flour, brown sugar, buttermilk and cocoa powder into a smooth batter for a moist cake cut into rounds. Next, you'll learn how to combine roasted hazelnuts, cocoa powder and vanilla extract to make a homemade whipped Nutella filling to use between the cake layers. Practice knife skills to chop chocolate to add to the sides for more texture and crunch. Indulge in your treat and satisfy your chocolate sweet tooth.

Vegalicious! I never knew vegetables could taste as good as they do when I had Chef Haley preparing my meals for me! It was awesome having more options available for me other than just my usual go-to of meat and potatoes. In fact, my favorite meal that she would prepare was a meatless one — eggplant parmesan! Her enthusiastic personality, passion for food and wealth of knowledge in nutrition was great to have around in my kitchen!
