You will prepare a variety of vegetarian Thai dishes, including tangy spring rolls, flavorful panang tofu curry, pad Thai with tofu and a refreshing Thai tea served with boba. As you prepare your gluten-free, vegetarian feast, you'll learn a new arsenal of cooking skills that will translate seamlessly to your home kitchen routine.
