Cooking Class: Plant-Powered Pad Thai
Discover how delicious vegetables can be in this immersive cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef David, you'll learn to cook a delicious pad Thai using authentic techniques.
To begin the class, you'll practice your knife skills to cut assorted vegetables like a chef. Then, whip up a flavorful pad Thai sauce using Sriracha chili sauce, soy sauce, white vinegar and light brown sugar. Combine the vegetables and sauce in a pan with the Chantaboon rice noodles. Master the technique to stir-fry all the ingredients to create a delightful finished dish. Plate it up and enjoy your handmade feast.

We had such a great time with Chef David! He was very knowledgeable and a great teacher. You could tell that he is a skilled chef, while making it fun and easy for us to follow along. Would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun night out.

My fiancée and friends had a great time. We learned how to make pasta and had fun doing it. David was a such a good teacher and allowed us to be very hands on! He’s also super funny!
