Cooking Class: Handcrafted Authentic Tacos
Elevate your taco night in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef David, you'll learn how to make homemade tacos from scratch.
Begin the class by learning how to perfectly season ground beef for a savory filling. Then, learn how to use masa harina to make homemade corn tortillas. You'll master the art of shaping and pressing the tortillas before cooking them in an iron pan. Practice knife skills to chop tomatoes, japeño peppers and onions to make a fresh salsa. Assemble your tacos and pile them high with the salsa, queso fresco and a lime wedge to garnish before enjoying your handmade feast.

We had such a great time with Chef David! He was very knowledgeable and a great teacher. You could tell that he is a skilled chef, while making it fun and easy for us to follow along. Would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun night out.

My fiancée and friends had a great time. We learned how to make pasta and had fun doing it. David was a such a good teacher and allowed us to be very hands on! He’s also super funny!
