Explore the world of Italian cuisine in this immersive cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef David, you'll craft an authentic Italian dish from scratch.
Begin the class by learning the recipe to make fresh pasta using all-purpose flour, eggs and olive oil. Whip up the dough in a mixer before rolling it out and using the attachment to cut the pasta. Then, master the proper way to cook pasta until al dente. Whip up a fresh tomato sauce flavored with aromatic garlic and basil. Toss the pasta in the sauce and top it with a sprinkle of cheese before enjoying your homemade feast.

It was very Simple, Clear & Fast at 100% ilo be there at any class of Chef David but I'm available Monday, Wednesday night ; friday morning . Next time I'll bring friends with me

We had such a great time with Chef David! He was very knowledgeable and a great teacher. You could tell that he is a skilled chef, while making it fun and easy for us to follow along. Would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun night out.

My fiancée and friends had a great time. We learned how to make pasta and had fun doing it. David was a such a good teacher and allowed us to be very hands on! He’s also super funny!
