Roast beets with orange, fennel and mint to create a citrusy and refreshing appetizer to start the meal. Then, learn the proper way to braise short ribs to make them tender and savory. Whip up creamy mashed potatoes and a zesty gremolata to serve on the side. Finish the meal with a sweet seasonal cobbler with a decadent dollop of whipped cream for dessert. Throughout the meal, you'll practice knife skills and other culinary tips to elevate all your future dishes to a gourmet level.
