You'll feel like you're eating in a trattoria or ristorante in this immersive cooking class. Led by Chef Tim, you'll explore Italian cuisine through four delicious dishes.
Make the perfect poached egg to top a crispy mushroom crostini to start the meal. Craft a tender chicken breast cooked with zesty lemon and aromatic rosemary and other herbs. This fragrant main course pairs well with a classic risotto made with Arborio rice and rich broth. Bake a decadent olive oil cake with a pinch of vibrant citrus for a sweet dessert to end the meal.
