Refresh your palate with a salad Lyonnaise with frisée lettuce topped with crunchy croûtons, savory bacon and a poached egg topped with a drizzle of vinaigrette. Master the technique to pan-roast salmon until tender and crispy served with vibrant vegetables and roasted potatoes.
