To begin the class, you'll practice your knife skills to chop cherry tomatoes, artichokes and olives for a warm baked feta appetizer. Add brown sugar to ground beef and veal for a meatloaf with a warm depth of flavors. Whip up creamy maple-bourbon mashed sweet potatoes to serve alongside the meatloaf. Indulge with red velvet cheesecake brownies topped with fresh raspberries for a decadent dessert.
