Begin with a crispy crostini topped with ricotta, herb-roasted tomatoes and fresh basil. Make dough with potato, flour and eggs before kneading and shaping it into gnocchi. Toss the gnocchi in a savory meat sauce for a rich main course. On the side, a refreshing Tuscan kale salad with a drizzle of zesty lemon Parmesan dressing. A decadent chocolate hazelnut tiramisu serves as dessert to end the meal.
