Cooking Class: Culinary Tour of Japan
Delight your tastebuds with the flavors of Japan in this immersive cooking class led by Chef John. Under his expert guidance, you'll learn the recipes to make a four-course meal.
Chop carrots, mushrooms and tofu for an earthy golden miso soup. Master the technique of rolling the perfect sushi to hand-assemble spicy tuna rolls and avocado cucumber rolls. Plus, whip up a spicy tamari sauce to dip them in. On the side, a tangy seaweed salad with cucumber, rice vinegar and agave. Refreshing mango pineapple sorbet topped with raspberry serves as a sweet dessert.

It was a great experience! John taught us a lot while keeping things relaxed and fun. My wife and I did the Tour of Japan. We highly recommend it and wish we had time on our trip to try another one of his classes.

What a wonderful evening! I took my girlfriend for her birthday and we had a blast. The environment, conversation, energy, quality of the food and ingredients and anything I may have missed were all top notch. I can’t wait to book again with Chef John!

Chef John was amazing and we had the best time! It was our first time ever doing a private class and he made it fun and engaging the entire time. He answered all of our many questions and took the time explaining why each ingredient is important for both taste and health benefits! Strongly recommend booking him for your next lesson! It was an anniversary my gf and I will never forget! Awesome experience
