Perfect for both beginners and seasoned bakers, this class will showcase all of the tips and techniques you need make these French confections. Chef Teffani will walk you through the step-by-step process of folding the French vanilla meringue, baking the shells, and piping the tangy apricot-mascarpone filling in between the shells.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
