Very poor planning and unprofessional. Lack of equipment, late to show up to the class by 25 minutes, pants sagging showing underwear, conversation was based on his personal life and not cooking or truffles. In the end the last 10 minutes were the best since we got to make the truffles otherwise we were just watching him stir without interaction. A refund should be necessary as it felt we were giving the chef practice he needed for his future classes
