Cooking Class: Authentic Asian Dumplings

Take a culinary journey to make this authentic comfort food in this immersive cooking class. Chef Rocky will teach you how to make two types of dumplings from scratch.


During the class, you'll make savory pork gyoza and creamy crab rangoons. You'll begin by seasoning ground pork for a flavorful filling before placing it in a dumpling wrapper. Practice the technique to fold and pleat the gyoza, then learn how to pan-fry the dumpling until it's tender. You'll also combine cream cheese and crab then fold the filling into wonton wrappers. Fry the wontons to a crispy golden brown finish. At the end of class, you can take your newfound skills back to your own kitchen and feast on your handmade creations.
