Cooking Class: Authentic Tex Mex Favorites

Explore the flavors of Tex-Mex in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Ricky, you'll learn how to make a four-course meal bursting with flavor.


You'll start the class by frying up your own chips to eat with homemade salsa and guacamole. Then, learn how to sous vide chicken breast for juicy enchiladas stuffed with sour cream, lemon sauce and spicy jalapeños. On the side, make savory Borracho beans with bacon and chilis to mix with Spanish rice for a side bursting with flavor. Finish the meal with sweet buñuelos for dessert.

Had a wonderful experience with this class. He did not disappoint for sure! I enjoyed the history of sushi and the cultural stories. I booked this for my husband as a birthday gift and I never knew I liked sushi also so much, until this class. Amazing food and an amazing teacher! Totally a great evening. <3
