Cooking Class: Crafting Charcuterie Board

Master the art of creating a charcuterie board from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Nathan will teach you how to assemble a charcuterie board that is sure to wow guests at a party or be the perfect at-home snack.


The class will work together to slice meats and cheeses to prepare for presentation. Make jams and sauces to pair with your bases. Once everything is prepared, you will learn techniques to roll and fold the meats into attractive shapes. Learn the art of laying out a charcuterie board, balancing color, flavor and texture for a presentation that looks too good to eat. Once everything is beautifully laid out, you can enjoy your feast.

The only reason why he gets 2 stars is because of his efforts and everyone was friendly. This chef was definitely not a skilled sushi chef! There were health code violations, under cooked rice, sushi food served on paper plates, just to name a few reasons why I will never use Classpop again.

Class was excellent. Chef was interactive, personable and coached us to making great food. He focused on the wholistic picture of how to get the flavors of the cuisine correct. Chef was prepared for the class and we learned a lot. Phenomenal activity and well worth the time and money. 100 % will take another class with Chef Nathan.
