In this immersive cooking class, you'll dive into the flavors of Japanese cuisine. Chef Sebastian will teach you how to make katsu curry using time-honored recipes and techniques.
You'll begin by learning the technique to perfectly cook pork tenderloin to bring the flavor to this savory dish. Then, learn how to make the perfect fluffy rice to be the base of this dish. Cook up an aromatic curry with pickled red cabbage, onions and chicken stock. Add even more flavor with honey and Worcestershire sauce. Add everything together for a decadent feast that is sure to have your mouth watering.

Loved the class with Chef Sebastian!
Graduating from the Culinary Institute of The Carolinas provided Chef Sebastian with foundational knowledge. Working in kitchens of various restaurants as a line cook and sauté chef de partie, he has gained plenty of kitchen experience.
