Embrace your inner pastry chef in this hands-on cooking class. Under the guidance of Chef Tiana, you'll take your cakes to the next level with professional decorating techniques.
You'll learn how to make a two-layer cake that's almost too beautiful to eat. Begin, by whipping up a delicious buttercream from scratch using butter and powdered sugar. Use food dyes to make custom colors to decorate with. Learn helpful advice, such as when to use which piping tips and how to crumb coat. Then, practice icing, piping and writing on your cake before enjoying your sweet treat.
