A bite-sized sweet treat will indulge you in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Tiana will transport you to a French patisserie to learn the art of making macarons.
You'll begin the class by making the perfect macaron batter from scratch, using almond flour, egg whites and powdered sugar. You'll learn how to mix it until you get stiff peaks. Then, practice your piping skills to make macaron shells and bake them until crisp and golden. You'll also whip up decadent fillings and assemble the macarons before enjoying these delicious tiny desserts.
