Dive into the world of dumplings in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Jason will teach you the recipes and techniques to make authentic dumplings from scratch.
First, you'll make dumpling dough from scratch using flour, salt and water. Mix and shape the dough to create the dumpling wrappers. Then, mix up a savory filling with pork, garlic and scallions. Master the technique to wrap your dumplings then cook them until golden brown and tender. Whip up a dipping sauce with soy sauce, sriracha and oil to infuse even more flavor.
