The class begins with an earthy edamame hummus with taro served with Maui chips. Then, get a taste of Hawaiian cuisine with juicy and crispy mochiko chicken paired with pickled plum onigiri and a drizzle of Asian chili aioli. Practice your dessert making and make a green tea cake topped with a pineapple compote served alongside ginger sherbert with a sprinkled of toasted macadamia nuts.

We just took a cooking class with Chef Dean, and it was fantastic! We made some fried rice, pork potstickers/shumais, fried pork spring rolls and a delicious dessert. Chef Dean was very personable, patient, engaging, and gave clear instructions. The hands-on experience was fun, and the dishes turned out absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the class to anyone looking to try something new!

My girlfriend and I visited Chef Dean for our anniversary and we had such a great experience! The food turned out amazing (and had a lot of leftovers which makes it even better) and Chef Dean was a great teacher and very easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys cooking and or eating Korean food and wants to learn
