You'll feel transported to Paris in this immersive cooking class. Chef Danny will teach you the intricacies of French cuisine as he guides you through a multi-course menu.
Begin by refreshing your palate with a salade niçoise topped with fresh tomatoes, potatoes and soft-boiled eggs. Sear a savory steak with brandy and green peppercorns. Make a demi-glace from the drippings to cover the steak to make filet au poivre for a hearty main course. An indulgent crème brûlée with a signature caramelized sugar shell will satisfy your sweet tooth.

Chef John Perdana was brilliant, he infused tge cooking class with many cooking tips as we watched him prepare the food. He ensured that all class members participated in preparing the food. The food was good and I really liked that we ate family style, and got to get to know each other. It was a great time and I'd definitely take another class with him.
