To begin, you'll assemble a crisp salad topped with balsamic vinaigrette. Later, learn how fresh mozzarella cheese is made. Then, master the technique of crafting pasta dough, kneading and shaping it into pasta filled with ricotta or topped with marinara sauce. A juicy chicken with zesty lemon sauce for a hearty main course. Satisfy your sweet tooth with an Italian classic - tiramisu layered with coffee and creamy mascarpone.

We had a BLAST at Chef Ed's Italian cooking class! I had never made pasta from scratch before, and he explained everything clearly. It was super interactive and we had a lovely time! My favorite part was being part of the assembly line of chefs making a massively long sheet of pasta that we would then cut ravioli from. Really fun!
