To begin, you'll assemble a crisp salad topped with cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and aromatic basil in a basket made of Parmesan cheese. Then, master the technique of crafting pasta dough, kneading and shaping it into pasta paired with ricotta and Parmesan sauce. A juicy chicken marsala topped with earthy mushrooms for a hearty main course. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a traditional tiramisu layered with coffee and creamy mascarpone.

He was extremely good in explaining the details, encourage us to try how to make the pasta and chinken and sauce, burrata, etc. Amazing touches, we learned new techniques tonight, get so much fun!!!
