Surround your senses with the comforting flavors of bao buns in this engaging cooking class. Chef Ithamar will teach you the recipes and techniques that have been passed down for generations.
You'll make a savory filling using pork belly, cabbage and marinated Shiso to bring in tons of flavor. Craft the bao bun dough and practice filling and folding it to make the perfect little dumplings. Master the technique to steam the buns until fluffy. At the end of the class, you'll have gained new kitchen skills and can enjoy your handmade feast.
